If you’re planning on getting this be aware, the spring is stiff asf. I broke three odin speedloaders by trying to get the orange indicator to the top. And I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to struggle so they filled what they can. If you do plan on getting these, fill the mags with heavy BBs and leave them in for a week. These mags are really solid and doesn’t skip on my 40 RPS.

the orange indicator does go all the way up. as for your odin, they might not be broken. you need to tighten the screw where the handle is in order to get all 250 bbs and the orange tab to go all the way up..

@@Will-mj2oe I got the mags to work properly, I adjusted the screw for my odins countless times because the little nubs on the wheel inside basically molded to the size of the bb. It’s great that they sell rebuild kits for the loader.

Because of the way magazines are designed it has to go at the back of the spring which is in the middle of the magazine and it was at the top instead of the bottom. Im not complaining, its a 250 round midcap

I have an AK platform that Uses M4 Mags and Ver.2 GearBox so if I wanna run that instead of my M4 I pull my dsg gearbox swap it over and keep my mags and mag pouches which saves me money, I am thinking of going HPA either F2 or Kythera. So I don’t have to do gearbox swaps all the time

@@joseglas they do, I bought the LVOA-S and 4 of these magazines. The Odin side winder is pretty necessary for them and the clutch on it needs adjusting on it before use (found out the hard way). Can run you through what to do if you plan on getting the magazines

I adjusted the mag catch and they fit perfect. If you want the best snug and no wobble go lonex. I just converted from lonex to epm1's cause a guy sold his new bought ones for 18 each since his gun couldn't feed it lol.

The PTS EPM-1s are made to a slimmer, smaller spec. They fit a bit loose on the avalon but no feeding issues.

250 rounds is not a mid cap...even you don’t have this stupid wheel on the bottom of the magazine, the capacity is too high for a mid cap.... Unless you don’t want to reload in game!

mid/high cap is nothing to do with the actual capacity of the mag, its the mechanism. midcaps have a groove full of bullets going round and round the insides of a mag pushed by a single spring, so every bullet is always under tension. highcaps have a reservoir of bullets in the top under no tension and a feed cog at the bottom with a single groove to the feeding pin, the cog and groove are the only parts under tension. Mid caps are limited because *every* bb needs to be under tension, therefore a 200 round mag needs at least twice as powerful a spring as a 100 round mag, if you wanted a 500 round mid cap you basically would need a coil spring off a car. Hi caps however because only the final 20ish bbs are under tension, have theoretically unlimited capacity - you could mod a high cap mag by gluing ten Doctor Pepper bottles onto the side of the mag, full of bbs, and it would still feed.
