In this video I demo the motorized bitlock of the Worx Ai drill. This is a really great 20 volt drill.

Not many reviews for the AI drill on the Web. Found this which has an actual user focusing on the bitlocking feature. Showing the tiny drill bit being bitlocked convinced me to order this version the non bitlocking model. And you earned a new subscriber. Keep up the good vids and thank you.

Thank you so much for the kind words. This was one of my first videos and I just thought for this model it made more sense to talk about it's unique feature than just drilling into a bunch of materials. Thanks for letting me know it wasn't a bad idea. I appreciate your time and the follow, much more to come. I'm also working on a project to help support more people, if you have more questions about other things around the house I'm working on a great resource to learn and ask questions, you can follow on twitter or Instagram @yougotstufftodo, thanks again for watching and the comment.

How did you like the drill after you got it?

Kinda cool we all hold the chuck and run the drill anyway.

I've been debating if I should get the Ai drill or the impact drill for general DYI? For those of you with more experience and knowledge about tools I would appreciate your input.

Great question, it does come down to what are the majority of your projects. The AI drill has really good power and allows you to make adjustments to torque and the pulse assist keeps you from damaging heads. But if the majority of your projects are really dense hard materials you may want to use an impact drill. I personally would still want to have the AI drill in my tools it's really a great versatile drill. The size and weight are also an added benefit that you will like. Thanks for the question I hope this helps. Please subscribe if you like my videos. Thanks again.

I dont see how this saves time compared to me holding the chuck ad pulling the trigger.

I can understand that but I would say there are a few things that are helpful. 1. You don't have to center the bits it will always center for you unlike holding the chuck. 2. You won't get chuck slip. Sometimes in hard materials, holding the chuck doesn't always give you the tightest grip on bits. 3. No risk of injury I'm sure both of us know plenty of people that have suffered a hand cut or two trying to hold the chuck and tighten the bit. I think these three reasons will save you time in the long run. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment and watch the video. Please keep watching for more videos.
