This blower is definitely good for gardening and cleaning use. How about car washing purpose? I would like to know if it could dry car fastly so that I could save man power and towel on wiping.

It looks like it does a good job of blowing, much better than doing it by hand.

I just bought one. Only have a 2ah battery but it's plenty powerful enough for blowing dust off of a terrace or deck, leaves etc. Not sure on run time but I'm guessing around 10/15 minutes?
@TheWoodgineer Жыл бұрын
About that - definitely worth having spare batteries especially if you have other tools that use them.

Thanks for watching - its pretty lightweight so if he's 3+ could probably use it (though technically probably shouldn't) ;)

How much more powerful is two battery version as opposed to the 1 battery version or is power the same just a longer run time..🤔

Great Video!!! Quick question.....do you think it would be good enough to blow leaves that is on grass? Strong enough? I notice there is a 40v version wasn't sure which to go with....Thanks in advance
@TheWoodgineer3 жыл бұрын
Hi and thanks for watching! I don't have grass but suspect it won't be as good as it is on my patio and decking. The 40v version seems to blow around twice the volume though so even if the 20v worked fine, the 40v could clear your lawn in twice the time I guess :)

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner - I'm not sure why you would want to but guess you could attach a strap to shaft part.

May i ask the battery life is measured using 4ah or 2ah battery?
@TheWoodgineer3 жыл бұрын
Of course - used the 4ah battery. Obviously the 2ah last about half as long.

I’ve got a hydro shot for washing my bike it has the smaller batteries could I use them on this blower, I actually want a blower to dry my bike off quick too haha
@TheWoodgineer3 жыл бұрын
I might get the hydroshot next, heard really good things especially it being able to use a remote water source like a bottle. Suspect the blower would work well - and maybe help you go faster if mounted properly ;)

"They take the same batteries"? As what other brand? This is BS
@TheWoodgineer2 жыл бұрын
The same batteries as all the other Worx tools
@haley80042 жыл бұрын
@@TheWoodgineer How is that an advantage over any other brand? I have 5 different incompatible brands of the same 5-cell lithium batteries. If Worx were being honest they'd do what knock-off brands do and use the Makita format. It's a piece of Worx marketing which I can tell you're just mindlessly repeating because it makes no sense.
@TheWoodgineer2 жыл бұрын
@@haley8004 I used to use several different ones and feel so much better for sticking to one brand. That said I’ve got a few little 3D printed adapters for some non Worx tools that have the same power. Easy to make but you can buy them on eBay. I should add. I’ve not read much of the Worx marketing blurb so any mindless confusing stuff is entirely me 🤪
@haley80042 жыл бұрын
@@TheWoodgineer It's their justification for the name "powershare" on all their battery tools. I 3d printed an adapter for using Milwaukee batteries on Ryobi tools. Because Ryobi chargers use a glue that hardens and rips components off the circuit board in a few years. So Worx is claiming that having batteries compatible with their other tools is some kind of advantage over other brands. The falsity of this claim is not the only problem, it's also the stupidity of it. People who are looking to cut through this BS, you're wasting their time.
@TheWoodgineer2 жыл бұрын
@@haley8004 I’ve not seen Worx claim that as an advantage any more than any other tool brand does. Either way *I’m* only saying it’s a big advantage to me as I have other Worx tools. If I had a load of Makita tools it would make sense for me to buy more. I’m not misleading and wasting peoples time at all. Perhaps you should rewatch the video - oh and don’t forget to like and subscribe 😉
