Great idea... I have an older retired Crown V Interceptor. 200K and she runs great except for noise on start up. I've been doing the engine start like this for over a year and it's really does work. No noise on fire up anymore. My attitude is, build up the oil pressure quickly with no load on engine. There is residual oil already in the engine from driving it the previous day. Still running good. Thanks again.

Will leaving the key on position 2 for few second before start up help ?

I have a car that I have in storage, right now and I know it doesn't have this feature, what would be the best way to stop fuel if you don't have this feature?

Pull the fuel injector fuse

Can I try this on a 2000 ford expedition?

Try it and find out push the pedal to the floor if it has this option it will do the same as described in video
