Besides the bits of misinformation, it's a great video. 1) The green stars are crew xp, not elite xp. Elite xp is just excess tank xp you receive in tanks that have no use for it anymore, tanks that have every module and following tank unlocked. They're called elite tanks nad have a ribbon around the tank class icon in the garage. 2) when a new player starts out, they can't physically put any camo on their tanks until they reach tier V. Once they get a tank of tier V or higher in the garage, they can put camo on any tank they own, including the low tiers. Also crew skills are unlocked at tier VI for new players and all tier VI tanks and above have the option for 50, 75 of 100% crew, which are free, credits and gold respectively, and cost more the higher the tier of tank.

As an 8 veteran, tad jealous of the player base now. With all the xp boosters, research certificates and game modes it has become incredibly easy to grind now… ( crew, xp and modules ) Great informative video.. something in there for everyone!

6 year here, 10 million elite xp , but they changed it to require credits to upgrade crew. My lowest is 5 across the 4 types, maxed out 7's on heavies, mostly 6 on the rest, but it's about 4.6 million credits and 462k just to upgrade from 6 to 7 on a single skill for example.

I have all crew maxed out, I spent the first 6 months earning them. Only problem is now I get placed into battles with really bad team 60% of the time. I feel my crew skills may be the reason I'm getting put into these teams.
