Tbh, I don't like the APCR as the standard round for this tank... The T-34-3 does a much better job using AP as their standard. I found myself not penetrating most of my shots despite aiming at point blank!

Really GLAD you done a review on this unusual tank - I needed info' on it quite quickly I've just won one of these for just about 250 in Gold from a Collect 'Em all crate in the late Jan'24 T.54 "draw" I grew up as a kid building models of all the WW.II tanks & A.F.V's, so am out of my depth with more modern stuff Looks GOOD on screen & is also a welcome addition to my fleet - Now wanna find out it's credit coefficient, too

I've had some stupid fun battles with this tank. Unfortunately I've had some frustrating ones also.. Ridiculous chit like WG bouncing shots on the side of like a progetto_46 and ru251. I've also had battles where WG has bounced heat but standard shell pens.. Id much rather WG fix actual game play then be concerned making the game pretty. Although not my best damage battle, I think my favorite battle with this tank was on fort despair. I got down In a hole by A and went to town on enemy tanks. I only got off 2760 damage, but 2950 bounced off my turret.. I also love playing this tank at B on Canal. If you are careful you can successfully rock this tank with the heavies on Hermsdorf at D..

Hey droodles I dont know if analytics can tell u this, or thus, how many people are affected, but on the KZbin mobile app on a phone size screen, the silver/lower right corner text on every thumbnail is fairly hidden by the time stamp. Idk if anyone else sees this but both of my phones do.

Honestly the tank is just a worse 53tp. With gear oil, the 53tp moves practically at the same speed as the 122 tm and it has lower terrain resistance so the 53tp has better acceleration. Not to mention. The 53tp has the advantage of hit points, gun penetration, depression and alpha. The only advantage the 122 tm has over the 53tp is the spaced armor.

The difference is: the 53 TP can easily be nerfed any time whenever WG wants to be an ass and the only way for the 122 to be "nerfed" is through powercreeping, which would probably take several years

The other key difference is: spotting range. As a medium you need to spot up for your brain dead allies who are just happy to sit back. You cant go on spotting runs with a 53TP.

The 122TM has much much better armor in WOT PC. It’s turret is impenetrable and to pen it’s upper hull, tanks need to have premium ammo with good pen.

@@gavins9846 T34-2 has turret in front, 3 has it in the middle. Gun and turret is the same. They play almost the same. T34-3 was cheap and has premium multiplier which is nice. Don't buy t34-3 if you have the 2 variant. Go for wz111-2, these 2 tanks are usually sold at the same time.

Don't worry enough kids will cry and WG will eventually buff it's mobility. They released close to balanced premium tanks but after few months buffed them. I don't like that approach.
