For new learners it is not easy to understand when someone is using Would in his speaking then we have to analyse very quickly what the person is saying, whether he is speaking about a past incident or for the future; when we use it in our spoken English, we know what we are talking about but when we are listeners, then comes the real exam, to comprehend it with the speed of a speaker. Especially for people who are not living in English-speaking countries very hard because of no practice at all.
