Chris’s choosing Kelly as his coach was the best decision he’d made that catapulted him out of Guy’s shadow and into becoming a superstar. The universe was aligned at that point. Guy Sebastian was my childhood idol and it is so beautiful that 10-20years later, you become one as well.

I have never watched the voice ... and I was blown away by the "battle " but it really was a duet. I am not sure if I have ever heard of his brothers songs, either. Just a very poor disabled woman! The brother's family bond clearly is inseparable. Coming from a musical family background and having to prove yourself is hard at times. Standing in front of the coach (Chris brother) the expectation is higher than any other judge but Chris most definitely delivers that. That battle round is my number #2 all time battle of all time. You could not copy that performance anytime. In the USA when a battle is that f'n good we call it a Grammy moment and this is definitely was one.
