Chris’s choosing Kelly as his coach was the best decision he’d made that catapulted him out of Guy’s shadow and into becoming a superstar. The universe was aligned at that point. Guy Sebastian was my childhood idol and it is so beautiful that 10-20years later, you become one as well.

I have never watched the voice ... and I was blown away by the "battle " but it really was a duet. I am not sure if I have ever heard of his brothers songs, either. Just a very poor disabled woman! That battle round is my number #2 all time battle of all time. You could not copy that performance anytime. In the USA when a battle is that f'n good we call it a Grammy moment and this is definitely was one. The brother's family bond clearly is inseparable. Coming from a musical family background and having to prove yourself is hard at times. Standing in front of the coach (Chris brother) the expectation is higher than any other judge but Chris most definitely delivers that. I agree would love to see the voice Australia here in the US. We in the US r not familiar with most successful Australian artists,like Guy is 1 of the most successful Australian artists and I never heard of him until I saw this show on KZbin I went and listened 2 his music and imo he's better then 80% of American artists.We hear alot of European artists here but never Australian and it's a shame because it seems to me next 2 the US Australia has a ton of talent that's not getting the recognition they deserve...
