In addition to the wrong setting, it “appears” that the passes are too far apart. Your next pass should throw back to the nearest wheel track.

You don't need weed and feed when you're already using much better weed killers. Weed and feed is for the lazy homeowner who wants to just do one application and not much of anything else the rest of the year. You would be better off getting down a good preemergent before soil temps reach 50deg, then spot spray whatever makes it thru, and use a good dedicated fertilizer every 4-6 weeks minimum in the spring and fall so you can get more growth out of your turf. Then if it looks disappointing still in aug/September overseed.
