Excellent colour combination, well integrated looks, lots of bang (or band in your description haha) for your bucks. Looks as though potential owners need a course to handle such massive acceleration as I imagine it could easily bite the unwary. I had never seen a McLaren on the road until a week last Thursday. I was being driven to a London hospital for treatment by my son on the M4 and he told me there was a McLaren overtaking. There were in fact five in convoy. Another great video as always! Personally I'm not a huge fan of the styling of the 570S but with the 720S McLaren grabbed my attention once again. Now lets hope the BP23 knocks it out of the park and is a true successor of the legendary F1. Looking forward to the content to come 😁

hello, i got my 570GT this year during august. i really recommend the GT, much softer, and i daily all my cars alot so i prefer the softer suspension. Also in my opinion i think the hatch makes it look better. (that slope just feels more complete as a coupe) dunno if u get what i mean.

Chino update. I test drove both back to back and more a red 570s. The GT does have a shifter ride but it wasn’t as exciting and sharp as the S. I have 7 other cars so this would only be a weekend car. If it was a daily driver then yes, the GT would be better due to the softer ride and steel brakes.

@@GlennsCarCollection i see, nonetheless whichever 570 u get, its an awesome car. I spec mine with ceramic brakes tho. was it not an option when they present it to you? also the GT gives u an option of having the "S" suspension and everything underneath but with the GT look. if that changes ur mind. but i wouldnt cause it just costs extra. unless u really like the look. anyways congrats on whichever you buy!

My two cents... I've seen a few of your vids (particularly the 570gt and GTC4lusso) and like them all. Other viewers are asking for more music. I'm not. Your format is just fine. And "less" music does differentiate your vids from all the others. Just my two cents worth. Oh, and I'm not a millennial or gen-x'er, I'm older. So hence, I guess, my need for more of the car experience and less of the music video. Keep up the good work.

Uh, I note in the video you are driving with the suspension in track mode. There is also a comfort mode. Did you try it? Also, you need to know it can only be selected when "active". The ride in comfort is "supple"! Missed noting the great carbon brakes and non- electric steering.

Cross a Ferrari 488 with a Porsche 911 turbo s and you get McLaren 720s and that's the problem for me. It's not as soulful as a Ferrari or as practical for everyday use as the turbo s. Nice though and if I had a big enough garage (and budget) I'd try one out.

Nice summary! There's always the 570GT which does come with that extra bit of practicality. Both the 570 models are very impressive!

True ... but still a bit 'flash' for everyday use and would you pick one over a 488 for your weekend ride? You could argue price differential in that a 488 is another £50k+ (if you can get hold of one), but a late, low mileage 458 would be similar money to the Mac.

Love this car, but the dozens of negative videos on youtube regarding Mclaren's reliability problems, exorbitant repair costs, lack of customer service and myriad other issues prevent me from seriously considering it. A shame they can't resolve these problems.

No I would not for several reason. There are just as nice super cars out there for better prices. 2. McLaren lose their values faster then other super cars. 3. Repair prices for McLaren are a lot higher then Lambo, Ferrari's etc. 4. Mclarens have a lot more issues. 5. Wait times for parts are a lot longer since McLaren does not have a parts warehouse in the USA.

Reliability is good on the 570 so far. It’s the older 12c that had all the issues.

I disagree they are no better no worse then ferrari and lambos for repair prices, they are steady on their re sale values too . McLaren has a excellent state side warehouse and dealers . The engineering that goes into McLarens is amazing.They have Certainly no more issues then other supercar manufactures

i only agree on the wait times for parts and depreciation. Depreciation on mclarens is cause of how quick they keep coming with so many models each year. its crazy. but reliability so far, on the new cars (570,720 etc) are actually very good. i think it was mainly with the mp4-12c and 650s and so... other than that i think the 570 is a great car for its price point.

denmark39 yes you’re probably right though it’s massively open to interpretation. 918, P1, Chiron are Hypercars. The 570 has Supercar performance and looks... so why not Supercar? But completely understand the sentiment. Thanks for taking the time to feedback

its like when most actors are called stars when they are not. In general people should use less superlatives ( I think you use that expression too in English ) Its just a trend I myself don't like. Michael Kastner Buy a porsche if you want to follow the crowd like a lemming. Get a McLaren because you want something exotic. Nobody turns their head for a Porsche.... EVERYBODY turns their head for a McLaren.... there is a reason for that, Porsche is common. McLaren is super rare....

No. I bought an NSX. I don't like unreliable cars....the McLaren line up is garbage....period. Extended warranty? $6000 a year....what a joke. It doesn't provide the full coverage of the factory warranty...pathetic....Nope...you'd have to be a fool to buy one of these cars. As they say, "a fool and his money are easily parted."
