With theatrical mannerisms and gestures, she looks pretentious, is actually embarrassing to watch!! Really she acts as their real estate agent!!
@jagilo96772 жыл бұрын
@@AT-kx6fj it would be pretentious if her gestures were unnatural except, what you see is what you get with Stephanie. I recommend you watch other videos where she intersects with her close family and friends and she’s the same. Most Europeans are lively people and this lady always shows an enviable gusto for life. Kudos to her. I imagine meeting her and being welcomed like a long lost friend. That’s a rare quality in a person.

That actually seems a really fair price, I live in an area of the US where prices are absurd - 3 bedroom houses going for a million or close to it! Much rather own a beautiful chateau all ready to move into! Thank you for showing us all this beautiful chateau and good luck to the current owners, I hope someone who loves the property moves in and does something amazing with it!

I cannot believe that a chateau like that on that much land and so close to everything is only €1,250,000. Not that €1.25mm isn’t a lot of money but where I am that might get me (what you’d call) a flat or a terrace house. No wonder so many people love to move to France. Also, great tour! Thank you! ❤ 🇨🇦

It's shocking, in some remote areas of France you can even get a large more farmhouse or even manor house plus land for 250k.....!!! (sometimes though the upkeep can cost a lot more than a house in the US etc....)... yet also in France there are laws about how even chateau cannot exceed a certain amount..... it's crazy how houses of this magnitude here might be over 20 million in the US, maybe England?!

Stephanie, you put a lot of good out there. Your blessings should be many. Thanks for the wonderful tour. One and a quarter million euros seems pretty reasonable, at least by American standards. The Château looks to be in good condition and well maintained too. Keep going, this is great for chateaux across France and there are so many that need restoring or simply maintaining. It's amazing to me how many châtelains I follow who I discovered through Stephanie. They all have their own unique vlogs based around their château. Renovation is usually part of it since so many need restoring and it also provides content. Who wouldn't want to see restored, something as lovely as châteaux? As for Stephanie's journeys, I can't imagine what could possibly stop her for the foreseeable future. There are so many Lalande projects left unfinished or even begun, the lake, Nattie's space, the china pantry, the pool, the chapel, the exterior renovations, the gardens, just to name a few. I'm down for it all. We're all going to be watching you for years to come. I wonder what your magazine, TV series and first movie and book will be called.

Beautiful château and very romantic, with lots of potential for any type of chateau business and social life. I didn't catch how large the land is, did I miss it? I agree it's so pretty with the antique glass panes. I have some original ones in my old flat and love the way they slightly warp the views of the rooftops outside. That must have been hard to catch on camera! I'd move the kitchen as you suggested, you have a very keen eye, as always. Thank you for the tour, whoever buys this will certainly enjoy a beautiful life in the country! ❤️

I had a suit in 1960 made of the same material as your jacket. Same colour too I bought the suit as a skirt and a cape But it was too cold to wear in our cold climate. After searching diligently all the stores that carried material, I found the same material as my cape was made of and I made a jacket. So I ended up with a three piece suit. I just loved that suit.

@@rgrndu Yes, Stephanie can do something not many people can do, 'Walk and Talk' to a camera resulting from years of experience doing Chateau diaries. I really think Channel 4 in England is looking hard at hiring Ms Jarvis for a similar program. That is a problem for us, as that it will take Stephanie away from us, her KZbin family! Did you notice the wardrobe change for the last shot at the lodge? (wearing the blue under top) Now Stephanie will have to bring DOUBLE of each blouse for subsequent pickup shots. She knows all this now that she's been with Channel 4 since they have come to La Lande. Love it!

Wow! I like the Chateau, but it’s not home like Lalande. It’s beautiful but not homey. It really looks like a business. The cost is very reasonable due to all the updates and pure size of the property. Absolutely love those windows. My grandmother had quite a few of those panes in her home.

I love that Lalande has a kitchen at the heart of it, where even the guests love to use the kitchen. This property is a wedding business or you can't maintain the property.
