What a privilege being able to hear from the designers and construction team themselves, and through Stephanie’s artistic sensibility. To hear the uplifting Bridgerton garden is going to a hospital is so special too.

Yes I agree, Stephanie is so truly interested and engaging that it elicits genuine connections with people who feel seen and heard. It’s a rare talent. And yes, Philip beautiful filming and well edited including the choice of music. Loved the video. I too love the thought of the Bridgerton garden supporting cancer and maternity patients into the future. I hope patients are given the opportunity to reflect and perhaps share their thoughts by dropping notes into the hidden storage spot for possible publication through the years.

I could be wrong about a lot of things but I really believe that Stephanie should be involved with the French government in some form of diplomacy! She has such a huge impact on the way she interacts with others, high intelligence & retention, conveying opinion & ideas, heart felt concerns about people, animals, buildings history, conservation I could go on & on but in short, she is not utilizing her abilities for the best outcome. I would miss what she does now but she is just "Too good to be real" kinda sounds like I might have a thing for her, I do & that would be Admiration! Sorry, this is JMO, but...😊❤ Also I do realize that She edits what we see & it could be biased, but I also see how the people she interacts with react to her, everywhere, even when they aren't speaking the same language! ❤

She is a very special Lady indeed ...all the things you said & more!! She is already a kind of "Special Cultural Ambassador" between France & England ... & Europe in general. Not sure who would give her the official title or position, but if there was one Stephanie has the credentials for it in spades!!!

My great uncle helped create the Inverewe gardens on the west coast of Scotland. His brother worked on another famous garden but have forgotten the name. I began gardening when I was 10 in our modest council house and Grandmother said that it must be in my genes. I am more interested in the architecture of the spaces and how they flow than the actual planting but for me it it one of the most selfless occupations as we rarely get to see grow what we plant. In a previous garden I planted 120 trees and shrubs and 55 roses along with many acid loving plants, rhododendrons and azaleas and hostas. It took me 15 years but I never got to see it mature. My last garden I planted many fruit trees and shrubs but didn't get to see them mature either. I now have an internal courtyard with ambition !

Love the water saving garden. We try our best not to waste water and use a bowl during the summer to wash the dishes, using eco friendly washing of liquid, then we save that water in a bucket for use in watering our plants or spraying those with green fly as the soap in the water helps get rid of them

Perhaps in a wide clearing in the woods ...I think some of the plants would need direct sun for at least four to six hours per day. Stephanie's walled garden could be given a circular -arched entrance like this one ...or perhaps open a new entrance on the stone wall perimeter with access from both the arched opening and from within the garden ...a small sunken garden within a garden ...with two circular-arched openings & walled on two of the opposite sides.

I love the National Trust for its vision and protection of beauty and space. You don’t need to be a paying member either as much of Britain’s coastline is under their guardianship and open to walk. NT Sissinghurst is rightfully famous for its gardens but attracts coaches of visitors so can get very busy. Also not many benches if you are with someone who needs frequent rests. NT Polesden Lacey is a good one as you can also see the fabulous house as well as a variety of gardens and woodland. Good all year round.

Bridgerton garden is or could be enclosed enought to keep wildlife away from eating the hostas. The structures are there also that would deter them even more. Of course there are sprays and invisible fences... Or as my daughter suggested one could plant something further away for them... The hostas planted as they are i those hues with the white foxgloves and few others is so beautyful. Of course the gray rather than red brick colors. and autumnal colors. And then on the other side the romantic plantings.

I grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia! That was the first capital of the 13 colonies and also the location of the governors Palace the governor, of course, was appointed by the king of England! It was also the first planned city in America! Because of the lack of spaces for gardens around homes in London and England at the time for a regular folk The city is exactly 1 mile with the Capitol building one and college of William and Mary at the other end which of course was a college for minister at that time! The houses and the shops that are located along the sides of the streets, all set back a specific distance at that time there were horses and carriages going up and down the street, but there were also spacious sidewalks for the people to walk! Behind each home, and also the taverns and many of the shops were beautiful gardens we still enjoy these gardens today! The English, Certainly know how to do gardens! Most homes and Williamsburg also have Gardens and as I was growing out, my parents built a house in 1950 and my father of course became a wonderful gardener and he loved roses so we had the most beautiful roses compete with the neighbors for growing the roses! So I am thankful for growing up in this area. I am thankful for my own English heritage on my mother side and both of my parents came from growing up on farms so we were able to grow most of our own food and my mom would can and freeze much of it so I had a very healthy childhood
