I don't know if she is really remorseful and wishes she could do things better or is she feeling lost and lonely that she needs familiarity to gain comfort that she's not alone. Sometimes people fear dealing with a certain era of life alone because everything is overwhelming and they selfishly hang onto people to satisfy their own need. My own advise to the girl with braids is to just close that chapter and choose herself ❤

Whew! This really resonated with me. I went through something similar with my ex-girlfriend. Once I was finally done with her, she knew all the right things to do and say. She even begged for another chance. At the time I was not fully over her. However, something in me just said, "No". That same thing in me also pointed out why I shouldn't believe her. Long story short, within 2 months of turning down her request to "try again", everything started being revealed to me and I saw that all the reasons I had given for not wanting her back, were true. She hadn't changed! What had happened was, that she went out there and realized that things were not how she thought they would be and figured, she could run back to me, the one person who loved her unconditionally and always only wanted what was best for her. Remember: "SOMETIMES WE ARE JUST COLLATERAL DAMAGE IN SOMEONE'S WAR AGAINST THEMSELF".

Don’t jump on me….while this may have been extremely emotionally energetic, the girl on the right said MULTIPLE times that regretted what she deprived herself of, sounded emphasized at one point…..and while she may have said she would “do things differently and ‘do right’ like she hadn’t before….her dialogue was prioritizing HERSELF. Not ONE time did she specifically say “I apologize for depriving you, for hurting you, for doing you wrong”……to Charlie. So Charlie saying “I have nothing to go off of….” the only thing that’s changed is what’s no longer there for the other girl FROM Charlie for herself. I’m proud of you, Charlie. And to there other young lady, no offense. But I’ve been Charlie (not saying our situations are identical) and the energy I saw between you both is what i STRONGLY see if my ex ever tried to have this conversation. The energy I’m getting is Charlie is confident in her sexuality and was open to pursuing it with Simone despite her uncertainty. I don’t think Simone was ready for a same gender loving relationship.
@vikay84 ай бұрын
That was my impression too. In this case, if there was no cheating or anything like that, I think Simone deserves a chance to show if she means it. I imagine it like this: when we bake a cake, we might want to take it out of the oven early because we're hungry, but we have to be patient until the cake is ready. In other words, if someone is emotionally unavailable, leave them alone. Focus on yourself and think about what lessons you could learn from this experience. Every relationship is an opportunity for healing. The stronger the feelings, the greater the fears. Until one day they eventually realize that nothing else makes sense than being with this person, as Simone beautifully said.

Sort it out ladies, there’s obviously still love there, is love enough though? On a personal note, I’m wondering if these wonderful people are still sleeping together without the label. However, everything shakes out for these two people I hope it all works out in the end.
@oilmahura5 ай бұрын
love is not enough. I think, history will repeat itself if they get back together. another wants the relationship back because they really love this person, and the other because they realize what they have lost, regret basically.

My take is that Simone did not fully embrace their relationship because the poeple around her did not truly accept her or so she thought? Sounds like charlie was deeply hurt because she was all in and living her true self. Simone sounds like she found clarity after she lost the a genuine love.

They are still best friends. The vibrations between them. Not wanting to see someone’s soul out of fear of relationships you’ve had prior is real. It creates trauma and baggage that can be carried to the next relationship. Especially intimate relationships. These are the impacts of losing trust in people while still entertaining them. I believe it’s possible that reflection and seeing Simone handle the after math is what cast the light of “what have I done”. I couldn’t imagine meeting my person… at my most whocares stage in life… breaking her heart and never being able to fix it. Being friends til the end but loving deeper..uhg my heart They’re young, I HOPE that time this becomes a catalyst for their positive actions and communication leading them back to each other romantically…(bc that s*x comment locks made was heard 😏😝) she’s just waiting for action and discipline. Life is messy, inconsideration HURTS. it’s up to our combined will power to clean it up as best as we can. Update on them please if they unite

Is this the only way they'd be able to have a conversation? Because this conversation wasn't progressive. They seem to know what went wrong. Why they can't be together. One party is still very angry. Apologetic part is willing. Do they know why they had this conversation?

Do you think we can get back "as long as you show up....."...............................tricky question where it depends on if the other party changes....and that is wrong. I say what it is. I have changed a lot and I know that I am not where or what I used to be with you. So I know we cant get back together in a romantic way. Pure accountability and transparency. Or "there is a possibility if I work on MYSELF more". The other party thinks.....oh my, me too, I would need to work on myself.

There’s only so much abuse someone can take before withdrawing completely. She took a lot from me before deciding that moving on was best for her well-being. I was completely selfish, not valuing her or giving her the love she deserved. And to be honest I was very selfishly keeping her and using her how I wanted, disguised as wanting to be with her. It took a while for me to believe that, but my actions showed it over and over. She tried more than I’ve ever seen anyone try to make it work before getting to this point. Even after in a friendship.

Still I can feel definitely from both of them slight blame and victimising in the Air, especially first lady, who started with first question with that orange scarf...definitely a lot of resentment and blame ..which is okay... i just admire the other lady IS so calm with it, I would be annoyed and for sure I dont know their story and what happened, I just feel it is difficult to deal with blame coming towards you
