This XY trim is the 208gti trim with the lesser powerful version of the same engine in the 208gti, 155hp vs 200/208hp and 240vs 300Nm, 7.3 vs 6.5 seconds to 100, therefore fast, but not as fast as the gti. Nice review.

Fun fact the engine on this 208 1.6 turbo is similar to the one in the BMW 116i f20 and mini cooper known as n13 and n14. It's a joint venture between PSA and BMW

@@wanjiruwairimu3901 Find a Peugeot mech. Mine is Mbogo in ruiru. Cost of repair are fairly normal. The plus for me is that most parts are genuine so you don't deal with recurring issues. I still have it and I got my wife one though hers is auto.

Didnt know the 208 GTI is such a nice gem. Back in the day it was the 205 GTI. Looks like 208 has picked up this mantle. Definitely something to consider if you want a hot hatch

@@albertkigotho8065 tje most funniest part IS tht thé cars which are considérés New in kenya are about 8yrs old n some even below, in thé 8yrs alot have changed in thé automotive World and also thé price of thé car sold in kenya IS very expensive considéring thé mileage and thé year of manufacture An example this Peugeot IS being sold AT almost 800k in kenya while thé current retail Price IS 200k if u add taxes IS About 340k and à profit of 160k that makes Its a total of 500k, so Why thé 60% extra amount
