Hi miss val...miss val I love tripe and beans...omg! My husband cook the tastiest trip and bean dinner.. my mom never cook it...but I know people who cook it back home then and miss it smell awful... but the one we buy at the Walmart here don't have any funky smell....my husband cook it about 3 months ago....the only place I see trip is at the Walmart..and it's hardly there....thank you for sharing..

It been a while since I had it and the smoke tripe my mother used to have this thing made from mesh wire placed it over the the wood fire. the smoke would go up and smoke the pig tripe wow it was so nice gone r those days .thanks for watching 🙏💕.

Yes i really love that dish with white flour dumplings especially the pig tripe that have a very strong taste that l really love but we can't d get good tripe here the ones you get it white like a sheet of paper i also think maybe flavourless so l don't even bother to buy it. Good dish.
