My blue-sky thinking of putting broccoli and cauliflower in the mixing pot created a hybrid, novelty "broccoliflower", which is wacky because it's double-coloured and has an interesting texture.

Honestly i stick to pizzas a lot than vegetables. I don't like eating vegetables. I prefer fruits. When i am on the diet i will eat vegetables. Junk food is not good for us. However someone said that junk food can cost many diseases. I think we should care ourselves. I drank Coke often and then i got some callories unfortunately. Thanks BBC

These hybrids result from breeding methods that mix two different plants, creating new and exciting varieties. Some examples include Kalettes, a mix between kale and Brussels sprouts, Tenderstems, a mix of traditional broccoli and Chinese kale, and CauliShoots, small green stems with mini cauliflower heads. These new vegetables have become popular in farms, shops, and restaurants across the UK. The episode also introduces vocabulary like blue-sky thinking, wacky, mixing pot, texture, and novelty.
