That's banana you're right but cook in a different way so we call it "ginanggang" grilled skewered banana brushed with margarine and some sugar.Agree with balut 11 and 14 is the safe side.You don't need to eat the hard bottom part of the egg it's too hard to chew just the yolk and embryo😂 with sprinkle of salt and spicy vinegar...👍
