The cool thing about the various Animal Yogas, is that they accomplish several things. 1. They are great stress relief for people. Sure the actual exercise isn't as good, but that's not really why you are there. 2. I'm pretty sure all those animals are rescue animals, often litters from pregnant animals that are rescued before/after they give birth, so it gives them an opportunity to socialize with other animals, AND socialize with humans, to make them more easily adoptable. 3. I'm pretty sure they are also just available for adoption right then, or at least you can apply for adoption of them. So it's a win/win/win kind of thing. You get some laughs, cuteness endorphins, a little bit of exercise, AND the chance to help rescue animals. I wholeheartedly approve of Animal Yogas of various types 😂

Then they get the "hard" job of having to socialize 20-30 corgy puppies by snuggling them all several times a day.
