The no female friends or family thing is usually about them being insanely jealous, insecure and controlling. If you have female friends they think naturally you are going to go out and fuck them ( usually because they are cheaters themselves and project their own shitty behavour onto their " partner " ) and if you have female family you might put them above the toxic nutjob and not be under her thumb as much. Also the female family will see how toxic she is and try and get you away from her. To be fair though I've known guys who think it's totally reasonable to never let their girlfriend have any male friends and who get jealous and possessive even when it comes to male family members. And every single time without fail it's the same deal, these people are controlling and highly abusive assholes. So that girl is 100% a controlling and abusive asshole to any guy unfortunate enough to date her, and she doesn't want a guy to have any other women in his life who would see how toxic she is and get him to kick her to the curb.
