The Laughing Charm (Rictusempra) was cast on Draco by Harry in the Duelling Club in second year. But with harry's overdoing the spell causing Ron to laugh hysterically, it couldn't have been the Laughing Charm as causing the target to laugh is its entire purpose, so it had to be the Cheering Charm.
