That teleporting to people by thinking thing seems like the basis for some weird story. Do you teleport to whoever you're speaking to because you're thinking about them? Do fictional characters apply? Can you describe one person to another? Are there basic safety checks for teleportation destination, like not putting you directly in front of a moving car or leaving you clipping inside of solids or liquids? If you ignore all the ways the downside could just kill you or ruin your life, pretty neat all things considered. I'd also imagine you don't teleport nude, in which case you could bring stuff with you and possibly also people and beget shenanigans that way. Definitely one of the more interesting buttons here.

True. I'm also curious what this theoretical power would count as "thinking about someone." What about anonymous people? Do you have to visually see the person in your head for it to work? Could it be purely symbolic? (i.e thinking to yourself "the guy who killed Craig" and then teleporting you to the murderer in a crime.)
