I grew up using Haulover inlet. It’s not a big deal for anyone exhibiting a little restraint on the throttle, not overloading the boat, not bow riding through there and timing cuts your risk as well. Tidal changes make it like the Colorado river at times. Smaller boats often use the less turbulent water on either side to transit. The danger has always been there for those who aren’t paying attention.

@7:30 surely there’s some flatter water out there pasta break to have a little quiet fish because like you said I wouldn’t go out there if the whole bay was like to break foook that for a day! Bad enough with a lot they are on eBay and having a shower. Imagine being out in those waves up there all day fishing there trying to have a shower you end up knocking yourself out on the tile wall. Each summer, here in southern New Jersey, I retrieve debris floating whenever I see it while boating. Mylar balloons are high up on the list! They should ban them like they do so many other things, likes straws and plastic bags!!!!

We are talking about fishing boats here with only a babyboomer captain, 5 fishing rods and 3 slim bikini models on board. How good is that for the environment?
