For an individual who has not attended medical institutions aimed towards education, this has been very helpful in clarifying what each individual type of injury is. Thank you so much.

I wonder why people who dislike do nothing to leave comments saying why. Great lecture, thank you for this series.

It's amazing that in Asian rural communities where people are poor and must suffer many cuts and wounds they seem to manage to heal without out all of this knowledge and generally filthy conditions.

Nice. What could possibly cause a linear laceration to the right ventricle of the heart? What could cause superficial abrasions on parts of the face, forearm??

i thouhgt it was a laceration tbh once yoy have sliced your finger/hand - i just done mine on a long kithen knife, and wow the thumb has increased in pain and not much movenent once move it gets tired and sore if i work hard on it after 5 days of injury, but nurse says it has affeted soft tissue but not a deep cut - however this is next to the knuckle.....hmm not sure what to do

If the flesh is still being held on by a tiny piece of skin, is it still classed as an avulsion and can I make it heal at home with superglue to hold the flesh in place and pressure bandage? Typing one handed. Survival medicine question. Wishing to avoid 12hrs in a severely defunded A&E on a bank holiday weekend with a too big to hold on to one handed severe asd kid.
