@@educaregloballimited3599the whole act is done based on marking criteria isn't it? So the last marking criteria point which states in wound assessment that swab will be taken and refered to the medical team which is missing in ur act✌🏼😌hope u understood now

@@robinjohnsda wound swab can be sent for a wound that seems to be infected. A healthy healing wound doesn’t need a swab
