It's kinda like a scratch fhat ripped so skin off but yeah it feels pretty unnatural

It looks like at least 2 wounds in the same area. Although whenever I've gotten 2 head wounds, one above another, the top one always bled over the bottom one and they weren't discernible as separate wounds until it was wiped away by medical personnel. And I've never had a head wound where the blood just stayed in the channels. Blood is always, always dripping from the topmost wound in sheets or rivulets.
