Thanks Peter I think the thing that is of most interest about this particular radio is the 6m band. Surprised you diddnt test that out it’s kind of the one thing that sets this apart from other HT’s

LOL @ turning it on. You need to play with a few of the really cheap HTs like UV5R or others along the same line. You'd have known immediately how to turn it on.

The PTT buttons seem the wrong way round. Top button to use bottom channel and vice-versa.

KG-Q332 (6m, 2m, 70cm) I had to return mine, sound quality on 2mtrs was dire. It was as if it was off frequency, but even adjusting for that didn't fix things.

What is the 6M performance simplex and with a repeater?

In USA, I'm using 6 meters and 70 CM this be useful to me . But as I learned on the ud1p 6m/2m. You got get a better tuned antenna the the low band .there are tri band antennas that work 1.25m 2m 70cm but no 6m that needs it's own antenna that being a Kenwood tk-190 50mhz factory duck slightly tuned to 52 mhz . My iny question does it receive 6m and UHF with dual recieve at same time.

I bought a wouxun uv9d mate December 2021. 2 months ago sound stopped working. I really liked the radio up until that point. It receives, meter shows that, but no sound. Headset doesn't work either. Wouxun doesn't respond and the company I purchased through hasn't a clue. No one has helped. At 160.00 and 1.5 yrs it isn't worth it. I still have my uv5r I got in January 2020 and they still work. Wouxun lost a customer
