Under 20% or when u have to move and have lot of soul shard or to keep up eradication on target.. it has lot of uses

@@vendetta916 i'm personally using rain from 3 targets, unless there's an omega prio target mob. For shadowburn - on mass aoe I use it usually to debuff 2 targets when Mayhem procs, or to proc ritual

it's SUF frames with a bit of tweaking to make em look nice, and the CDs are Omnicd
