I am a MasterGardener in my county and we annually tour the personal gardens of other members. When the members came to my garden for the second time they were surprised by the change from the first tour four years earlier. We gardeners are never content to let things remain as usual. Plants grow, plants die, some over perform others underperform. So we are constantly adjusting.

First time for me. Never even heard of you guys. I'm in SE Nebraska and I like to follow people in my neck of the woods. I watch a lot of gardening channels mostly for food production. Our son is an electronic tech and he did a fancy lighting set up in his apartment with all these LED lights. He has everything set up so he can change the colors and make them flash, ect.. I guess young folk geek out on that kind of thing. It's kind of like Christmas in the summer.

Good job Jess with camera moves! I love how it fits your garden theme so nicely. Very beautiful! Now the moon gate needs a little illumination maybe from the bottom illuminating upwards. I hope the jellyfish lights stay when we get our 70 mph straight line winds, fingers crossed everything stays put. The lights remind me of fireflies illuminating the garden. 😊

Those fairy lights are nifty, you should put a (affiliated) link to them so people can find and buy them too. On the string lights I use a smart plug on mine and dim them down to 60%. Good for ambiance and bulb life.

I am fascinated with your imagination! When you were discussing the spanish moss, that the 50 mph winds did not effect the dangling moss, my mind thought of hair spray with us ladies hair that we want to keep in place. There is probably some type of lacquer or something out there that you could spray it to preserve the life of it. Otherwise, you may have the birds take a piece or two of it for their nests.

I love to use landscape lighting. It is such an "extra" creative way to highlight your paths and spotlight areas in your landscape, not to mention the comfort and welcoming vibe that is given when entertaining outdoors. You did a fabulous job!!!

Looks awesome! I would spend hours outside if I had a garden as nice as this! You should consider getting some uplights on your bigger/nicer specimen trees. Would add even more of a pop.
