Adam Rupp's (the beatboxer/vocal percussionist) tremendous snare cadence and Air Force jet flyover at the end just take this over the top! 🔥❤💯 I can't believe Lee Greenwood still sounds so great in his mid-70s!!

I'm here because you chose to highlight this powerful collaboration. I really enjoyed your reaction, and hope you will join the Home Free fans (called "Home Fries") down a long road of vocal wonderment. Their voices are individually great, but come together without instruments in unbelievable harmony. Their song choices show a long history of respect for veterans everywhere, anti-racism, and just pure love. On that note, I'll say that the ugly racism going on now is the product of a minority getting too much political power. We Americans (the other 70%) kind of fell asleep at the switch and didn't notice how much malice was creeping into our offices of power. I believe it's not too late to redeem our reputation across the globe. Thank you for spreading the words of peace, love and freedom.

That's how tyranny operates my friend. It whispers all problems can be solved if you just trust that voice. By the time your rights have been torn away its obvious a revolution is necessary to regain them. All the best from the UK

This group is amazing. They do a lot of country and are (obviously) not afraid to show their love of our country. They have a whole album of patriotic songs, most covers with a few originals. One original is "Land of the Free." They also cover "My Country Tis of Thee," "Travelin Soldier," "Brothers in Arms."

I surprised my husband with this as our first dance song at our wedding. He is the most patriotic non veteran I’ve ever known. Due to concussions from sports in high school he couldn’t be medically cleared to be in the military. Every year around Independence Day we hear the song and it always takes us back to our wedding. We saw Lee Greenwood perform it last summer and were just feet away from Lee. It was incredible. I am getting nothing done just watching the videos! :)

It doesn't matter how many times I hear this, it still makes me cry. It has always been cool to cause a ruckus for freedom...starting with the Boston Tea Party...that's why the right to assembly is written in the U.S. Constitution. Have we forgotten "no taxation without representation!" It is possible to be a proud citizen AND want progress....it's literally built into the fabric of the nation...in the form of Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and other legislation, as well as the SCOTUS. And it is always okay, and cool, to ask God to bless the U.S.A. And everywhere else, too. To quote a tiny little boy named Tim, God bless us, every one.

Welcome to the legion of Home Fries. They have so man great songs out it's hard to just pick a few to recommend. Two that are a good comparison in the spectrum of emotions they can bring up are Go Rest High on That Mountain and Brother. The first is a very moving video, matching the love and mourning one has for a lost loved one. The second song has a beautiful message of brotherhood and supporting each other but it can be hard to concentrate on the when the video itself brings tears of laughter to your eyes. You might want to check out the videos they did while stuck at home during the quarantine. Each of them did their recording in and around their own home (in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Los Angeles, CA, and Nashville, Tennessee) for the footage to be mesh together in some fantastic videos, about twice a month for a while. See Quarantine, Sunday Best, Down to the Honkytonk, Meet in the Middle, and Flowers on the Wall. And then there's the one they did with Peter Hollens, I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For. This one is a good example of what reactors have to remember for videos by Home Free, Tim Foust, Austin Brown as well as their friends VoicePlay, and their bass singer Geoff Castellucci: Keep watching until the patron credits roll. Just because the song is over doesn't mean the video itself is. Enjoy!

I was being deployed from Germany to Kuwait, Operation Desert Storm after Saddam invaded Kuwait. We had completed out processing, and we were on a German charter bus at Rein Mien Air Force Base, heading for the tarmac to board our plane. The bus was insanely noisy, we were all nervous and scared about where we were going. This song came on the radio, the bus driver stopped the bus and shut off the motor. Nobody made a sound until the song ended, and we all had tears in our eyes. This song sure brings back memories.

...and God save the King, and God rest the soul of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. I am an American, and as such I'm antithetical to monarchies, but I must equally acknowledge that I have great respect for the late Queen Elizabeth II. We lived in the UK for a brief time during her rule as she was so dedicated to the people of the UK and the Commonwealth--she was an amazing woman, and worthy of the highest respect. She didn't choose to be Queen, she was thrust into the position, and she held it with grace and brilliance, and to the benefit of all those under her rule. Even someone who is opposed to monarchy in principle, if challenged objectively, cannot disparage how Queen Elizabeth discharged her duties as Queen. Again, even though I loathe the concept of monarchies, I do wish and pray all the best for King Charles III, both for him personally and his family (as I would anyone), but much, much more for those who look to him as a leader. I pray he will be at least as good a steward of his obligations as was his mother--a measure I consider to be insurmountable, but will be gratified to be proven wrong.
