That makes four that have been found in this now overgrown field. Metal detecting this spot in New Hampshire for the third time we have been relic hunting t see what we can find. Artifacts from the 1700s and 1800s have been dug up here and today the 4th NH voluntary militia button from the late 1800s. We are still working on the location to find what exactly was going on here. There was definitely a structure by the nail iron left in the ground but no cellar hole to be seen. Exploring and reading the land as we go we will figure it out.
