What a sweet little gift. I am thinking of how I could maybe use this to gift a little if to the homeless in our area. I could do a gift card for McDonald’s and then fill the box with some hygiene items. I made angels for the homeless last year but that was before I found your channel. Now I can make a little gift box and such that they can keep. I just want them to feel loved. I want them to have something that will remind them of that.

Sherry, I just want to thank you for teaching me how to make something simple, pretty. I know this is not really about this video, but I teach a community college class in Clinical Medical Assisting and tonight we celebrated the completion of the course work. I had wanted to get them something unique, but since there are 16 students, that can add up. Then it hit me they could use a small notebook and pen. So, I stopped at dollar tree on my way to class and found the 3 pack of mini-composition books. I also picked up some mailing labels and stick glue. I had some medical themed sticky notes that I had purchased earlier in the year. I only did the front cover, but I think they came out pretty well and they were received with gratitude. Thank you for taking your time to share your craft, I put it to good use tonight! Cindy

Talking about your mummy reminded me of mine. She would always say when asked what she'd like for Christmas, " Tights please" never anything else. So one year me and my sisters bought her 147 pairs of tights and wrapped them all individually. She still had some when she passed away.

My mom was the same way, every year, we wrapped gifts and had them ready for unexpected guests or anything else that came along .
