It's the foundation that's balling up. A lot of covergirl foundations seem to do that. They have like little white balls in them. Happened to me with their matte foundation and I've heard a lot of people say this one does it too.

Love your videos 🥰 congrats! You could try to put the mascara over the primer a bit sooner, and do one eye at a time if your doing both so it doesn't dry up before applying the second coat. ☺
