WoW Guide - Retribution Paladin Hidden Artifact Appearance - Corrupted Remembrance

My guide on how to obtain the hidden Artifact skin for Retribution Paladins in Legion.
I thought this was worth making given the amount of work and fantasy that has gone into this by the community and Blizzard, so this was a longer video than usual, but well worth the time.

Logged on and vile slime was up after camping for like 5 mins then started fishing and looted the dark shard after only 35 cast :)

I just did it about a minute ago for the fishing. Got it in like 10 casts or less. My fishing skill is only 9.

This quest is now 3 years old and the Slime mob still has a 30 hour respawn time. Neat.

@FlexxMachine Any idea why sister Elda doesn’t have dialogue for me? I don’t know how to get artifact level 6 or whatever you need in the video so that might be my issue but I’m stuck with the two books and nefarrions head currently

@FlexxMachine have you found anything out yet? I’m level 40 and one person told me it could be because of my level but then again I didn’t think I’d need to be max level for the dialogue to appear but I could be wrong. I just don’t know what I’m missing honestly

Know this video is older but I have the 2 books as well as Neffarions head, but speaking to Elpa gives me no dialogue. How do I get artifact knowledge level 6 to get this dialogue?

Sooooo followed this step by step and was going good until I left Hearthglen to go to the river to kill the slime…no paladins standing on the shore and no slime…..?

at what time did u guys fish it up coz i just had 7 pally fish it up on frostmorn 535pm server time which is Australian time and all of them got it sadly i loged of for ten mins and missed out

Got the Tome in DM first try and the crystal from fishing on the 7th try, dunno if they changed rates

Maybe they've made it easier now, I got my crystal on 3rd cast. Also, they red look only takes 30 dungeons now.

I decided to switch to ret from prot on my paladin because tanking is too much effort... now I have to basically be a Flatliner, kill myself, go into the afterlife and find some daemon to grant me a wish of getting this skin in less than a full day played... Forced fishing? Blizzard has gone made beyond mad.
