Adds can be easily cleaved if you save bestial wrath, artifact attack, and misdirect. Save aspect of the wild for the last few %. No need to be running around the whole map like that. Save misdirect until wolves spawn and just spam multi shot. Dire frenzy and beast cleave will take care of everything. Having roots of shaldrassil also helps a ton for the bleed dot that stacks. My beast mastery artifact is super low level because I main SV and was able to do it at around 920 ilvl.

I did this yesterday. With 945 ilvl it was on the easy side. Kited the wolves next to Fenryr and cleaved them down. They died rather fast. Didn't have to ress my pet either since it has almost 6.5M hp. :)

Just stack on fenryr when the adds spawn and use multi-shot to trigger beast cleave and the adds will die fast. Even with 911 ilvl.

I don't use Macros no, I believe I just tried my best to keep alot of distance between me and Fenryr, so when my pet died I could quickly revive him, your pet here is more of a damage dealer than a Tank

Battle for Azeroth brought with it a Stat squish, so the numbers got reduced, my pet does not have that much hp anymore

Problably not, but the pet is just as powerful nontheless. They just reduced the numbers, meaning everyone does less damage, less health etc. Its basically the same as it was before, just smaller numbers. I soloed this just now without any issues and im level 120 with 319 ilvl wich is not all that good, so this is easily achievable these days.

The bug was when you could go in a 5 man and tame him. Blizzard fixed it and forced their intention of soloing him. Also, i pulled him into this cave during phase 2 and he never summoned any wolves. May have been a glitch, may have had something to do with the cave.

A core hound pet from Blackwing Lair, I believe. It's the second last boss, Chromaggus. If it's not that, then it's the rare on the looping path. I think the rare is called Chromehound.

doesnt work, hasnt for a long time. they hotfixed the boss so he wouldnt spawn after you beat it with friends as a soft reset, then blizz didnt like the whole kiting thing so they increased fenryrs speed to outrun you and eat your balls, your hopes and your dreams. also his aggro doesnt reset and feign death doesnt fool him like the 10000 other npc mobs in the game so he will just nibble you as you lay there thinking you pulled a fast one. FYI

How are you even doing this, my pet cant even hold aggro and im way more geared than you. EVERY time i use corba shot i immediatly lose aggro and even if i use fiegn death my pet cant get it back. Iv wiped like 20 times i cant do crap. I even waited until he was half hp and pet still loses aggro Just got him to 17mill hp thats as far as i can go before my pet dies or loses aggro, once my pet dies he perma loses aggro Edit: Just gave up i tried out 3 diff tank pets they all lose aggro if i auto attack or cobra shot and fiegn death doesnt make me lose aggro. i could only get him to 17million max. Core hound, turtle and bear couldnt hold aggro im ilv 922. I tried just nuking him and i get him low but i cant kill him cause he kills me faster. Idk why my pets cant hold aggro. Iv spent 3k+ on repairs so im calling it

It's a tough one, but I found its rare your pet can hold aggro or get it back once ressed, kiting around at the max distance you can I found is the best bet, even if you are not even shooting Fenryr and letting your pet do all the work. Focus on running and surviving and not attacking as much :D

Get skada dps meter, it also has a threat meter embedded. Open a window showing threat and just keep yours to about 50 to 60%. When you see the bar going past the 70% mark just stop doing anything except mending your pet. I had the same pet aggro loss problem in the mage tower challenge. There when the pet looses aggro it is indeed impossible to get it back. Skada helped a ton. Hope you get him.

AH SeanR you're better than many other players. Everyone has their own style, so long as you're enjoying the game and not just playing it to be the "best", that's fine. These people in the comment section make me sick. They don't realize that WoW is a game, instead they think it's a way of life or something. I'm not that good of a player either but I still do better in raids (mostly lfr...but whatever) than most of the raid group. "How?" You might ask. The reason being that I learn the mechanics of the encounter so I don't goof up and mess up the raid encounter. Not the best dps. Not the worst dps. Average dps that won't screw up and wipe the raid > leet dps with highest possible iLvl that knows nothing about the raid or its mechanics. Seriously guys, you gotta calm down. I bet that he's played like that so long that he has it down to a T and performs just as well as a super l33t keybind user. (Though I would suggest you get a gaming mouse than has little side buttons you can keybind things too. I got a Razer one that helped me out. I have keybinds like this; = is scroll up/ - is scroll down/ 0 is scroll mouse click and on all my toons I have the 0 set to interrupt/ 9 is a special forward clicky on side of mouse/ 8 is backwards clicky on side of mouse.) I'm done, way too long of a comment. Slow down, calm down and enjoy the game and let others play the way they want to.
