Any identifying markings on that lock? If you see CM&STPRR, it's the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul RR. If CM&ST-P is the Chicago Milwaukee & St Paul - Pacific (otherwise known as the Milwaukee Road. ) Be careful cleaning and restoring that. It could catch some $$$$$

That wood pole with the metal sleeve on the bottom might be a brake handle. Slips of and on brake mechanics on small transports; push/pull on lever to brake. Take with you when not using the transport.

6:35 are crimping pliers for clamps or banding. Both the pole and the lure were consigned to the depths forever until they rotted away for good but got a few uses out of them after all.
