I think I totally missed Warleader's Call during preview season, and I don't know how! An anthem effect with a pinging ability is nuts!

This is a two card synergy, not a two card combo. It might seem nitpicky or pedantic, but a combo typically starts a loop or ends the game as soon as its assembled. When cards just naturally work together or help each other out by giving extra value to each other, it's just a good synergy. You wouldn't say that ojer "combos" with lava dart because it let's you do 8 damage for 1 mana, you would just say it's a good synergy. Putting combo in the title probably gets more clicks but I think it just causes confusion for the community.

REALLY like Voldaren Epicure in this deck. Still does 10 damage when you DO have the combo, like a lot of your 2 cmc spells do, but then when you don’t have the combo, it still can do 5 damage.

I knew they had it lol! Helix is such a great addition to Standard. That small life gain is a game changer. Rarely does doing just 20 damage win you games anymore

Hex, Outrageous Robbery Case of the Locked Hotbox, Virtue of Strength, and Doppelgang. Make these work together. I did and hit a Doppelgang where X=14… could have done more. Generated 42 Virtue of Strength, etc…

eiganjo uprising might find a place here as a finisher. not only lots of tokens dropping, but you can also attack with them immediately to finish the job. i want to build a deck around warleader's call, but there are just too many options. figuring out what works best might take a while.

It will take a while. So many tokens can be made, in so many ways, from so many sets it can be a little overwhelming!
