Worth noting that even tho you can grind these tier sets on retail already the bronzed ones in this event seem to not be class restricted. So you can wear the monk stuff on rogues or the shaman stuff on hunters. DK set says: Use: Collect the appearances of this armor set. Appearances only usable by Death Knights, Paladins, and Warriors.

Esp interesting is the dark shaman gear which you can get the plain white version for shamans only on retail, but you can wear it on any class in the Timerunning version. Would make a good look for druids or hunters who cant normally wear it.

They are class restricted. You can purchase on any class but you cannot wear a different class armor.

​@@MountainViews90 My bad if this is wrong, but on WoWhead they have a list of all the ensemble items and when you hover the tier sets it says you can wear the monk set on DH or rogue etc, or the dk set on paladins. I assume they did this principally for Evoker and DH mains who didnt have any tier sets in MOP at all. And the dark shaman sets are also just a blank cosmetic with a few other civilian style clothing sets.

You'll have to re grind it but most likely it'll be way faster than in the normal version of the game. As this is a time limited event they probably don't want to force players to farm for months to get exalted!

I am just curious on what happens to the gear you end up with once the event is done and your character is on live servers. Theoretically, you can upgrade all the gear up to 556 by grinding at 70. Will my char keep that gear and the ilvl on live servers?

I'm pretty sure all the gear will simply be switched for the boosted gear you get when using a lvl 70 boost. But we'll have to wait to see ^^

So yea probably 476 or whatever you need for lfr rn. This sounds like the August 19 is pretty plausible for War Within prepatch

You‘ll replace his gear with War Within greens one month later so why does it matter? Maybe they‘ll give us better gear but I wouldn’t bet on it. Same gear you would get when boosting seems like a thing they would do. They already have a functionality for it and prepared sets for every spec

it will likely start with everyone else! ETA: it'd be a bit difficult to have one race only start somewhere totally different. if everyone starts in the same place, they only need to have the setup quests etc in the one place.

Done golden lotus rep , its not the hardest but not the easiest . What helps is killing rares , remember zandalari rares rep insignia including golden lotus that gives you a lot of rep , get rare scanner and rarity to track rares

Can we use addons, can we use the random dungeons finder/ raid finder, and last are the quests all the same as is in retail ? Thus allowing us to use guides like Zygor

So am I to understand that you cannot use a toon that u have already started to level prior to this. Also to level to 70 if we do the boost will that work or do we have to level the first 70 ourselves?

Every character in Panda Remix will be a brand new fresh character. Your 2nd one in Remix will be able to skip the intro and get the upgraded cloak that your 1st toon has. All will start at 10 and won't leave until the very end of Remix.

It's not separate. You have everything you've unlocked. You just can't leave pandaria until August 19th.

Yes, when the event is over, the toons you make will role over to live server. So if you don't have a certain class it's a great time to make one.

You can choose to say on your current server you don't have to change if you don't want to.

You choose the server but your character will be stuck in the Remix bubble until the event is over, then goes back to live.

Won't be hard. They made raiding in remix easy. I'd say it'll only take a few weeks if you're trying, might only take a few days if you're hard-core and join a likeminded guild via the disc.

Thanks for the guide. my question is how can you get bronze if your giving it all away to upgrades? That's kinda of dumb move on blizzard. seeing how its not going to be that easy to get a lot in short amount of time.

Because it is easy to get a bunch. You also don't upgrade gear until max, you're showered with gear through the boxes you get for doing everything. Could wipe your ass and get a box with current level loot.

Account boundm since its not the cloak but the buff that you get from the cloack that is available on all your characters as soon as you login :)

Normally no, but if you want a good new, I've read on WoWhead SoO is now a daily lockout and not a weekly one since last patch. They're not sure if that's intentional or a bug, but better take advantage of this, in case it would be patched. I must admit that's sad they didn't put the Tusks on vendors' list.

Those races are not locked with achievements anymore so now is the perfect time to unlock them. you only have to do a few quest starting at the embassy

I have played this game forever and most definitely only bother rolling the races that are best for the classes...there is no reason to roll 3 mages, 1 for each spec lol we did that back in the day before duel talents and then we got the talent system we use now lol. So I stand by that this event is less geared to those of us that have played for years and have atleast 1 of each class on each horde/alliance. I already have just about 2 of everything and the only reason I don't have them all is the server restrictions for them hero classes.

@@USUCKATPVP I have 62 lv70 characters. I play every class and spec, and different styles in the specs. It's very fun. I farm cosmetics a lot. I only have one competitive main, but most of my wow experience is through alts. It is a very fresh and novel experience all the time.

You will be able to buy the existing mounts such as the SoO mythic mount and next to that you will be able to buy some recolors. If you already have the garrosh mythic mount it will say you already have it but not the recolors

I dont have dragon flight. But i still can use the dragon fly mount system and shti lol. To be honest crap fliying. Is this even f2p? even for starterd edition? And to be honest all classes here are broken as hell.... So i dont think palas, druids, etc... the ones you mention are the only ones, all good as hell. Also this would open the next year?

I don't know for you guys, but I'll only focus on the Shado-Pan set, the silver one. If it is easy to get, maybe try to get the gold version too. Except for that, I'll take what I can reach without a big mindless farm. Maybe the "bloodmage" set, one or two "commoner clothes" recolor,... But no mount, no raids farming.

There are MANY mounts and some sets you can only get from this event, so don't be so sure.

The shado pan set can be obtained in one day, so you can also get other things easily ^^

@@thraungaming824 Really ? There is an achievement to complete before unlocking the possibility to get them. Despite my research, I don't know yet what is necessary to get it. If it is farming again the Shado-Pan to exalted, ok, did it once and the 2x bonus was nice. Even if it's not here (the 2x bonus), there is plenty of time to up it. For the mount, I'll see. I do collect mount here and there, but I'm not interested in a mindless farm of Bronze to get everything.
