Some might get nervous that if that gets done to their roof that it will dislodge something and a leak will start happening inside Looks awesome man ^^

Cleaning off the roof, car parked where there should be a garden. Did a good job on the roof though. This is a tiled roof, lasts forever.

I'm pressing charges if someone does that to me. I hope that's possible, because this really is a type of vandalism. I'd like for them to pay for someone like you to come fix what they started lol

Loved the results but why did you not start at the top and work your way down? You wouldn’t have to keep on reclining the work that you already have done!

The order of work needing to be done is intriguing to me. Garden first, window frames and sills, last is the brickwork. Yet the brickwork is first. Which is not shown in its true light because of the garden and window sills not being done.

A question for you about media blasting, would CO2 blasting be more effective or is there mitigating circumstances that it would damage the bricks more? The reason I ask is I use it to clean the bottom of cars and there is a lot of tar and oil that just falls off with CO2 blasting.

26:01 What happens when it rains? Does the neighbor get concerned about the puddle as well? Heck of a job. Now you've added value to that house. People will notice the difference when passing by and the Karen is going to be mad with envy that the neighbor has the better roof. ----Greetings from Chicago

Nick, you have doing this for 13 years, and you know your business. You know what to do and how to do it. Do not let armchair critics tell you how to do your work. I believe that the vast majority of us appreciate the experience, quality and dedication of your work, and I, for one, thoroughly enjoy your videos. I am from Canada and we don't typically have walkways, driveways and patios that are laid blocks. Most of ours are concrete, so seeing what you deal with in the U.K. is truly interesting and entertaining. Just do what you do best!

Good result but why not just use Monty Miracle. Great product. I use it once a year. Great for black spots.
@PrestigeExternalCleaningКүн бұрын
Because Monty miracle is a low strength patio cleaner meant for the domestic market and DIY’s. That wouldn’t touch black spot like this. And I’m almost certain that it’s just a weaker, watered down version of what I’m using here

Hello Sir Nick. I'm sure a microbiologist would have a hey day, with samples of the grime coming off that little house, yes?? 117 years of grime and atmospheric dirt !! Well, horse carriages, soot from coal burning stoves, a growing population of vehicle types over 117 years, if that little house could talk !!! Oh Nick, that came out beautifully !!! It's amazing, really. She can breathe again !!!

You did a pretty good job, but I still see many places not rinsed well
@PrestigeExternalCleaning2 күн бұрын
I’m afraid there’s no way you’d be able to know that I hadn’t rinsed well from looking at the house from behind whatever 2D device you’re watching this video on. The house was rinsed thoroughly with no residue left behind. I can only assume it’s because you’re looking at some of the different shades within the bricks and assuming it’s because I haven’t rinsed well enough. This is not the case. Cambridge whites are not one colour or a uniform shade all the way through. The variation in colour and shade changes from brick to brick, some are lighter, some are darker, some change from dark to light in the same brick, some have dark spots and imperfections.

I can just imagine the second dude yelling at the sky when it starts raining... That puddle formed because of a design flaw in HIS driveway. It has nothing to do with this dude cleaning his neighbours roof. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, too often, people act like only women are unreasonable, but CLEARLY men are too, and obviously a bad attitude is not related to gender.

Why didn't you just you a standard Pressure Washing kit?
