Furnaces had a lot of vibration, with all the fans. I worked on aircraft electronics, and the circuit boards inside of black boxes didn't like all the vibration either. Military specs or not. Not your fault on the callback. It was an intermittent problem with the connection. Those are the worst problems for anyone who works electrical/electronics.

Intermittent problems are the worst. Switches and fuses can operate intermittently and will fail when they get hot but are hard to isolate.

@@picklerix6162 On circuit boards in black boxes, I've had cracks in the circuit boards, and that meant opens in runs on the board that would only malfunction when flexed, much like the connector on the inducer motor that only worked when held a certain way. I also had components come loose of solder joints. Very difficult problems to troubleshoot. Such that, I had to remove these black boxes several times before I figured out the problem.

I like the epoxy coated floor is that basement, they're nice; I'm thinking of doing that to my basement floors, it's a lot of work and the materials are expensive. Thanks for the video Joe.

Those high-efficiency filters load up pretty damn quick regardless of how many pleats they have.. I would venture to say it's because how many pleats they have.

I had to do the same thing with zip ties to a Honeywell gas valve a couple of times, those legendary “Smart Valves “. Used to zip tie the ignition/sensor wires up to the gas train. Worked every time.👍👍🇨🇦

@@MiHeatingGuy I was wondering why you were repositioning the inducer blower. Seems to me it was a manufacturing defect, buying old Parts can get very expensive. I fixed my neighbors Amana FAU and the circuit board was $450 sounds like a lot but the heat exchanger is stainless steel and her son paid so 🤷‍♂️ oh well.
