It is strange considering John Gosden and Aiden O'Brien are hoarding the Oaks basically between them. The bookies obviously have a system with the averages and all that. It's not just what looks obvious. You will see a Coolmore horse go 15/1 to 50/1 fairly swift it loses. Then it was 15/1 the day it was given a name

@@Dwayndibb Year, I have noticed that the Oaks lately has become a two stable race, but O'Brien and Gosden do seem to offer have plenty of staying bred fillies, but I think it's just a phase that will soon be broken.

​@@nightowl7459Godolphin seems to have a few decent fillies. Somehow they don't get much luck with them. But I think Gosden is lucky with a few owners that send nice fillies

I know they have had a few who ran with credit in the Oaks, but they just seem to either be just below group one standards for whatever reason? They certainly are well bred though, but Gosden and O'Brien are very consistent with their Oaks fillies, it was actually a Appleby filly that beat this one last time out.
