Coloros or OxygenOs is only usable os outside OneUi. Hyperos is also top notch for basic functionings. Currently I can't run fhd in my prime video on OnePlus 12 due to screwed security rating and this messed up software. mi phones never give you this problem. But OneUi= consistency

@@shivamanand5459 I agree that currently AI in a smartphone isn't advanced enough but very soon we will see massive improvements in AI in Smartphones. The newer Snapdragon, Dimensity and Apple processors after a couple of years will be insanely powerful and even AI will improve immensely. So it's better to stay connected with AI rather than ignoring it.

Theirs no issue with the OnePlus 11-12 series it's only with 9 and 10 series... I'm using a OnePlus 11 and my brother is using a OnePlus 12 touchwood we don't have any issues after installing the latest update... But if you are still worried don't update and wait for Android 15 update and keep Auto update off

Trust me. Get ready to be severely, and I mean it with all my heart, to be underwhelmed, absolutely crushed by Oneplus's AI features. The flagship killer surely ain't standing out a lot except in the animations and still picture camera department. Next phone is definitely gonna be Samsung ultra unless OnePlus redeems itself.

@@VenkatA-fr3tw why should they charge one lakh? The SD 8 Gen 3 is more than capable of handling AI features. They can just make it subscription based like Gemini and also keep it offline to cut down server resource costs. Let the users take the burden whoever is willing to. The 512 GB isn't going to fill itself. Mine has barely crossed 90. At the end of the day Color OS is just going to copy off of IOS and other well known Android OS. Call it inspiration but the hard truth is they are just copying it and reskinning it.

Issue is these features won't be free after 2025. If anyone is playing to buy s25 then in just 1 year all these features will be charged over and above the 1.2 lakh+ they will pay for the flagship.

Frankly, I am (or was) an Oneplus fan boy. I own a Nord 2 as well and I was planning to buy Oneplus 12R or Nord 4. My budget is max till 50K. But looking at the recent issues of Oneplus. I am deeply disappointed. I don't want to move towards Samsung or IQoo or whatever but I guess I have not much choice left, which is sad.

@@deeppanchal9042 it should not be called a flagship or flagship killer in this segment. AI features are all the bells and whistles now. On top of that: Motherboard issues resulting in hard bricks Green lines Short lifetime of software support Extremely bad low light video quality Bad thermals Battery backup breaking after every update Visual glitches Hit or miss fingerprint sensor Flagships should not face these issues on stable builds. And the current AI features on the NORD 4 are hilariously underwhelming. It's almost at the point where you can simply use other pre existing apps to do what it's doing. Doesn't make life easier like Samsung, Pixel or Apple is going for. Oneplus's update rollout scheme is horrible. Even Nothing has started exceeding OnePlus and actually turning into the new OnePlus. They shouldn't even call the OnePlus 12 flagship if a Nord series gets all the latest features first. Guessing Nord is the newest OnePlus flagship series lol.
