Just to explain to those not Ghanaians watching the video. The first two people to congratulate his Excellency President John Dramani Mahama are the outgoing president Akufo Addo and the former president John Agyekum Kuffuor who is in the electric wheelchair ( he was president from 2000 to 2008)
