Hi Lydia, it’s ok to take a break sometimes. If you’re not feeling alright at the moment. Stay off work try to relax( eat, sleep and get some exercise in as usual). Taking mental breaks are important especially as a creator where you’re job and normal life aren’t distinct. You’re an amazing woman, your efforts are seen.
