Info for new artists, if you use silicone you have to clean it off the dried painting before you can varnish or resin, otherwise it will cause pitting! Very mild detergent on a baby wipe has worked for me in the past. The silicone oil will raise to the top as it isn't as heavy as acrylic paint or pouring medium. Fluid art is a science about weights of paints, mediums & their reactions!

You’re so right about Amsterdam, I always use Amsterdam to swipe and on top of boom technique. It gives incredible results. In my budget can’t afford Australian Floetrol ($85 tax include 946 ml ) You are to me an inspiration as a Person and as an Artist Patty from 🇨🇦 🥰🥰

Gilly this was wonderful to watch. Would you resin this and if so how. There is a lot of silicone that would resist the resin.

@@franceskuelz9601 yes you’d have to throughly clean after fully dry, I use a damp lint free cloth that has washing up detergent or even a baby wipe cloth to clean before resin
