Do not be misled by the attractive appearance of the pictures. My mother owned a similar house, and due to the exorbitant maintenance costs, we had to construct a brick one for her. Over time, the bond between cement and mud weakens, necessitating frequent repairs. Nevertheless, it proves to be a more '''fancy'' option compared to a mud house.
