@ma.roseanne- yeah, I wish everyone who participated in the vlog could be rewarded as many were “volunteers”, except for the resort staff & tourism dept employees. I appreciate hearing from actual visitors/diners in the restaurants, etc…& Samantha was generous with her time & replied to many questions. She def encouraged potential visitors. & she seems like a sweetie who deserves a Ty from the resort.

You will get along just fine. That's how I started. Will be married to a wonderful Filipina for 19 years this August 15. 2024. As the saying goes sometime; "I Love the Philippines"

Have to agree with you. Boracay is not quite what we were led to believe. It's ok and that's about it. Most the hotels there are ok for refugees; but not for regular tourists. If you have lots of money; there are decent hotels and some very nice; but not many.

@@rosebrown2267 way too crowded now. Half the sand got washed out during the last typhoon and it hasn't washed back in. Really need to get dredgers out in the water to pump sand back onto the beach.

I like the place coz it has lots of coconuts so heat won't hit you that much. Good move by the resort, most resorts don't have lots of shades, so this one I like.

You really explored the whole Bataan area, we often go to Camaya Coast since 2 of my sisters are already members,.it's a wide place for those who love the beach, this is the mini Boracay of Bataan during weekends there are fire dancers aside from live bands in the beach area

You may or may not remember; I mentioned my wife is Filipina from Cebu City and hasn't been to many of these places herself. She didn't realize there are so many beautiful places to visit in her own home country. We are located in Simcoe, Ontario; about 1 3/4 hrs. southwest of Toronto. Maybe catch you someday.

That is an amazing place. I will have to remember to check that out next time I get to Manila. I hear you on the traveling by bus everywhere. I did that a lot in Luzon as in most cases it is the only way to get around but onthe bright side get to see a lot of the country side.

A few km away to the north of it is a high-end version of that type and it’s called “Anvaya Cove”. The lush greenery makes this place more serene and quieter. Their golf course is considered one of the best in Asia. The beach cove is perfect for sunset view.

I’m gonna miss Ms. Angie. I’ve heard her preference to eat dessert first is actually a healthy choice, apparently allows for more efficient glucose metabolism. Unfortunately, I fear I would just end up eating two desserts-bookends! Though like Michael, on positive side, I don’t gravitate toward the super sweet tastes…don’t like icing on my carrot cake, my recipe is no frosting extra walnuts; I kno I kno, what’s the point without frosting?!) //. I saw the mountains first whenever they were on camera. The point when M showed the two sides with mountain on one side of him & sea on the other…heaven on earth to me.

We purchased a condo at Camaya Coast off the plans back in 2009. Unfortunately the construction was far too slow so we got our money back. Bit of a shame because it is such a beautiful place.

Are the beaches even clean and safe to swim there looks close to manila in enclosed inlet manila probably pumps raw sewage into the bay ,kinda like copocabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro was unfit for Olympic swimmers to swim in water with high counts of fecal matter in water because it's untreated raw sewage pumped out into nearby waters
