Heyya solid video ! learning Mist Monk here , got a question on chi blast. I heard it resets jade stomp but using other damage abilities it helps reset jade stomp as well. U recommend using chi blast at all? Personally feeling I could be using other better healing abilities than not using chi blast

Hey there, In this video, you'll see me using Chi Burst, but recently I realized I was having trouble fitting it into my rotations. It never really felt like it had the right moment to shine, so I decided to try using Chi Wave instead. It worked out great! While it's true that you have less control over it, it provides a consistent healing boost that triggers automatically. Since it's always on cooldown, you can make full use of it without worrying too much. This allows you to focus more on the core gameplay of the spec and ensures that you're using your other abilities optimally. I highly recommend trying Chi Wave; I haven't regretted the switch! Of course, I could be wrong, but so far, it's been the right choice for me. Hope this helps, and thanks so much for your support!

I haven't played retail since Shadowlands, and I haven't played MW since BFA. Kinda confused on how the gameplay goes, you seem to cast instant renewing mists as needed? Spinning Crane Kicks occasionally. When you drop you use the roll but then you have some sort of mid air bump you use? Is that the panda racial, did it change?

Hello! Much as changed, the game is much more dynamic. The monk can heal trough the damage it does, keeping up renewing mists is essential in this build, as it allow vivify to heal everyone affected by renewing mists. Moreover, every time we deal damage with spinning crane kick we heal our party members for a small percentage. Then there are many other spells that we use to power up our kit for different situations and damage mitigation. The mid-air jump after the roll is a new talent choice that gives a bit more mobility. There is not much mistweaving going on anymore :/ i kinda liked the old channeled mw. Does this feel kinda like a druid just spamming rejuvenations?

I am happy to tell you that this is not the only build possible as a Mistweaver Monk. There are other builds that focus more on casting spells from afar rather than playing in close range. Some of these builds are very powerful and more oriented towards raid content, but it is totally possible to play like that in dungeon content as well! The build that I am using is optimized for dungeon content and Mythic Plus. I hope that clarifies things a bit :). Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks for posting this HCs. I was curious about this expansion... But so far they looked a bit too easy, and this is lame. Guess I'm not buying the expansion. :/

This one in particular is easy, but there are a few things to point out. I might be used to healing in more difficult content, so the very little expertise I have might make it seem a little bit simpler than it really is. Also, I've seen some posts from people having trouble healing in heroics, so the experience can vary for every player. Anyway, I thank you for watching my videos and supporting the channel. If you wish to tackle harder content, you should definitely check out Mythic Plus once Season 1 starts in about two weeks. That type of content is really challenging, and it only gets harder as you progress. I'll be sure to publish a lot of M+ runs, so stick around for more!

This expansion is actually really good! Honestly, maybe all the people complaining should just sit this one out…I can’t believe how many people get pressed over literally EVERYTHING this game does.

because they're heroics :/ this isn't cata era anymore, man. if you want hard 5-mans then look at mythics. this is the best we have until m0s open.
