65g flour. 10 g cocoa.
2 eggs. A pinch of salt. 70g sugar.
30 ml milk. 20g butter. 10g honey.
Bake in a 22cm tin at 170°C for 25 minutes.
Trim the edges.
2:50 Preparation of the cream:
20g gelatin. 100 ml milk.
50g cocoa. 100 ml boiling water.
500 g sour cream. 300 g condensed milk.
200ml cream.
Add melted gelatin.
Divide into two parts.
Add cocoa to the second.
5:44 Pour into a 20cm mold.
Repeat like I did.
Let rest in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
