This recipe is a godsend! The most unusual cake this year. No oven!

0:20 Preparation of the cake base:
65g flour. 10 g cocoa.
2 eggs. A pinch of salt. 70g sugar.
30 ml milk. 10g honey.
20g butter.
Pour into a 22cm tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 25 minutes.
Trim the edges.
2:18 Prepare dough for crepes:
5 eggs. A pinch of salt. 50g sugar. 2g vanillin.
25g cocoa.
Add 550 ml milk in portions.
200g flour.
Strain the dough through a sieve.
40g butter.
Cover with stretch film and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Bake on both sides over medium heat.
Trim the edges like I did.

80g white chocolate.
300 g cream cheese or mascarpone.
70 ml cream 33%. 2 g vanillin.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Add chocolate and mix well.
5:27 Collecting crepes:
Grease each pancake with cream.
Roll into a roll and cut into pieces.
6:25 Mousse cream:
100 ml water. 20g gelatin.
800 g sour cream. 150 g) sugar. 2 g vanillin.
Whip 200 ml 33% cream separately.
Add melted gelatin.
7:25 Assembling the cake:

Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.

Спасибо огромное за рецепт! Очень вкусно, единственное у меня не было возможности выпекать основу, взяла готовое детское печенье измельчила и добавила масло. У меня мама не ест молочное, а муж не любит сметанный мусс. Не смотря на все семейные "не люблю" , я решила сделать этот торт. Делала его, чтобы никто не видел и не знал, что там. Когда угощала, я была готова к отрицательным возгласам, но каково было мое удивление, когда все в один голос сказали: ВКУСНО, а что это! 🤭

Help hint mix The Cocoa and sugar while it's dry. Then add the flour while it's dry. Mix it really well and it helps reduce lumps. Try this next time. See how well it works for you. It also lightens the mix to sift these things while dry after mixing. Then you mix in the wet ingredients. It made my life better.

Advice: you don't need gelatin to make it take just replace the filling with cream cheese and flavour it on your own then it will take instantly if you put it in the fridge ❤❤
