Studio Series Megatron COULD still have his G1-accurate gun mode. . . They would just have to make the barrel orange, or have orange stripes (They could include a normal coloured swappable part to get around it!) There's NEVER been an outright ban on toy guns, they just have to have certain markings on them to make them stand out as toy guns. Part 272 of Title 15 of the Code of Federal Regulations on foreign commerce and trade (15 CFR 272) states that "no person shall manufacture, enter into commerce, ship, transport, or receive any toy, look-alike, or imitation firearm" without approved markings; these may include an orange tip, orange barrel plug,

I just received my set today and I must say the Megatron is so beautiful. The paint is so nice, as a new collector I have found this is the best way to get three of the major villains. The other thing that I was so impressed with was the box artwork, the box on it’s own is a wonderful display piece. Thank you all of your step by step videos.

what do you make with your figures? Many of your Samples are heavily yellowed f.e. Netflix Soundwave, both Megs. I have them too and not a single one is nearly that much yellowed if at all. I would recommend checking your environment.

The dying Ratchet with painted windows looks really good, with the exception of the damaged chest and sad face, and it looks like the set will come with the same blast effects as Ironhide and Prowl but with a slightly pinker hue.

I guess the Ravage that went with Laserbeak was repainted into the Target Bullseye. I would rather they include Shockwave's armor buts if they are gang-molded with the rest of the figure. Would be a waste if plastic to just throw them out, especially if they are factored into the cost of the product. Can plastic/oil prices in general just go down olease?

They did just enough to make me keep all the old versions as well. i would have prefered darker legs for Megatron. Soundeave feels like a down grade without the inclusion of ravage and shockwave could have used the extra pieces as well. Would i have paid an extra $25 usd on top of the already $109 MSRP? Looks a great set, but Shockwave wasn't aboard the Nemesis and both Megatron and Soundwave should both have their Cybertronian modes, unless this just before Mirage de-cloaks and shoots the ship up and jumps out. Maybe he's included but you just can't see him?
